  KINGSTON — OPP divers have recovered the body of a scuba diver who went missing in the waters near the PumpHouse Museum. Emergency services, including Kingston Fire and Rescue, Frontenac Paramedics and Kingston Police, were called to the pier at the foot of Lower Union Street shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday for a water rescue of two divers in distress.
