    APD: Newborn baby found dead in a dumpster
    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating after a dead newborn baby was found Tuesday morning on a property at 901 Rio Grande Blvd. APD says the newborn baby was found wrapped in a blanket and in a dumpster.
    Officers responded to a 911 call around 3:45 a.m. after a security guard said the baby was discovered by individuals in the area. APD's Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating the incident. No other details have been released.
