  Cooler air moved into New Mexico Tuesday, but it's going to be very cold Wednesday morning. For many, it will be the coldest temperatures since last winter.
  Breezy winds have returned again Wednesday afternoon, with northwesterly winds gusting over 30 mph at times across the northern half of New Mexico.   SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Economic Development Department (EDD) has announced more businesses have been approved for Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) funding.
