Anaheim Police pursuit ends with PIT maneuver, crash and shots fired

The suspect drove on both the eastbound and westbound 91 Freeway, as well as streets, during which they discarded an object from the vehicle, narrowly avoiding several other cars while trying to evade law enforcement.

Dodgers hit 5 home runs including 2 by Shohei Ohtani in rout of A’s
LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers can be forgiven for scheduling a lot of Shohei Ohtani bobblehead nights.
Beyond the obvious marketing benefits, Ohtani certainly seems to find them invigorating. He has homered on three of the first four giveaways, including a walkoff homer earlier this season and a two-homer, six-RBI night Thursday as the Dodgers sent the A’s back to wherever they call home these days with a 19-2 thumping – and a commemorative 50-50 Ohtani bobblehead…

Dodgers believe Dalton Rushing is ready for majors
    LOS ANGELES — Why now?
That Dalton Rushing would get to the big leagues sometime this season was expected. That it would cost Austin Barnes playing time was inevitable.
But the timing of the move to promote the top prospect and designate the veteran backup catcher for assignment this week seemed sudden. But the equation had shifted against Barnes, prompting the move.
