  The California Highway Patrol canceled an Amber Alert on Sunday night after a 9-month-old baby was found safe after allegedly being abducted in Anaheim.
  The child was found around 10 p.m., according to Sgt. Jake Gallacher, a spokesperson for the Anaheim Police Department. He previously was last seen in the area of West Crescent Avenue and North Loara Street around 4:45 p.m.

  A minke whale that had been swimming in Long Beach’s Rainbow Harbor for most of the past week was found dead Sunday morning, April 6.

  Four people were killed and two people were injured when a speeding vehicle crashed into a tree in Santa Ana, authorities said Sunday, April 6.
