    AUSTIN (KXAN) -- At 7 this morning Hurricane Beryl's winds are up to 115 mph making it Category 3 major hurricane. Further strengthening will continue today with winds potentially reaching 130 miles (Category 4) late tonight. The hurricane was 420 miles east-southeast of Barbados moving west at 21 mph.
