(WANE) - A man who pleaded guilty to murder in connection to the killing of his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day in 2021 was sentenced Friday.A judge sentenced 33-year-old Tykwan Walker to 45 years in prison.Walker was convicted of shooting Heather Hobbs in the head on Feb. 14, 2021 at her apartment off Airport Expressway.Walker was found in Arkansas in May 2022 and extradited to Allen County that December.
