(WANE) - Two separate crashes caused backups in both directions of Interstate 69 in northern Allen County on Friday.Sometime around 3:30 p.m., one crash took place on I-69 southbound at the 320 mile-marker near Hollopeter Road. Traffic appeared to be slowed from N. County Line Road E. down to the edge of Fort Wayne.
