  Tetsuya Naito has regained the gold.
  At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Tetsuya Naito defeated AEW star Jon Moxley to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. In doing so, he won the title for the second time. Naito kicked out of a Deathrider, and one Destino was not enough to put Moxley down. In the end, a second Destino clinched the win for Naito.Moxley previously beat Naito to win the title at NJPW Windy City Riot. He held the title for 79 days.
